Coque's new tasting menu (following Menú Chamberí) is an explicit tribute to the capital as a whole: each dish represents a neighbourhood, a market, a local ingredient. The Puerta del Sol dish is inspired by the flavours of historic cafés, the Rastro one recovers traditional escabeche techniques. An emotional and sensorial journey through Madrid, designed so each bite tells a story of the city.

Almost the entire shoot will take place in the city and Region of Madrid: Coque (centre), Jaral (sierra), CSIC (Serrano), Humanes (south). Technical team and all post-production from Madrid.
Impact on Madrid's promotion
The series positions the city as an international gastronomic capital, documenting how a Madrilenian chef researches, creates and projects his city's identity onto the world. Each episode will feature emblematic locations across the city and region. The episodes become an excellent cultural and tourist business card.
