Three generations on the way to THE SUMMIT

THE SUMMIT follows Mario at a pivotal turning point in his life. Four children, several restaurant businesses, very active collaboration with the CSIC, books, conferences, training projects, social work, culinary conventions, media appearances… At 49, he has built a universe that revolves around him and demands his presence everywhere. His life is very full, yet he knows something is missing. He is about to embark on the project that will define him: his legacy.
